Our Story
June 2012- Elizabeth, the founder, opened as a solo practitioner in Arizona. South Chandler was an underserved area with few insurance-based providers. The goal was to not only serve south Chandler clientele, but to also be more accessible to those in the outlying communities of Maricopa, Casa Grande and San Tan Valley.
2018 – Added first medication management provider. Wait times for clients were reduced from months to weeks. Expanded staff allows SfS providers to work under the Treatment Team model to better coordinate care across disciplines now in house.
2020 - Covid hits, primary focus is crisis management, increased stabilization, and adjustment to changing world through virtual technologies.
2021 - Added role of Care Coordinator as permanent member of the Treatment Team at Strategies for Success. Added General and LGBT Teen groups to support the identified need to support this population. Added a third and fourth office in Casa Grande and Gilbert.
2023 - Added our 5th location in Goodyear, another underserved market. Added TMS services in our Chandler location.
2013 - Strategies for Success becomes a group practice to accommodate demand and expand provider expertise for clients needing services utilizing their insurance and EAP benefits.
2019 - Added an office in Anthem, our first location outside of south Chandler in another underserved area.
2021 - Moved main office to Workpliciti building.
2022 - Added role of Medical Director, Family practice.
