Hi, my name is Paulette. I am a Master's Level clinical therapist at SFS. I utilize CBT, DBT, person centered, and mindfulness. I've been working over six years. I also work in community based and private practice. My favorite thing about work is meeting my clients where they're at and having the opportunity to create a safe space for my client to express themselves and seeing positive progress. A fun fact about me is I don't know if I could say I'm obsessed about shoes, but every time I buy a different type of shoes, it just makes me feel good about me.
